Río Dulce Gesha

At 2,050 meters up in the hills of Pijao, José Julián Giraldo is producing some of Colombia’s most delicate and expressive Gesha. Río Dulce is a washed lot from Finca Las Marias, grown and processed with the kind of precision that turns great terroir into unforgettable flavor.

This coffee is a slow unfolding of brightness and grace. It opens with candied lemon and white florals, moves into soft tropicals like papaya and dried mango, and finishes with a gentle, tea-like clarity. The acidity is crisp, not sharp. The sweetness lingers like fruit syrup.
