This Red Bourbon lot grows at 2100 meters and travels through Washed Anaerobic processing before decaffeination with Sugarcane EA, producing a cup that preserves brightness and sweetness while removing caffeine.

The coffee is roasted to a light level to honor its delicate acidity and fruity brightness, inviting a clean, expressive cup rather than heavy roast notes. In the cup, the tasting notes appear as strawberry soda and a berry parfait, with the sweetness balancing vibrant acidity and a gentle, syrupy body.
