This coffee is a remarkable offering from the 2025 Cup of Excellence Peru #21 winner, La Lima. Prodigal partnered with Jorge and his wife Teresa, who meticulously manage the entire harvest on their humble, award-winning farm.

Surrounded by lush fruit and shade trees, this one-hectare farm produces beans of Panamanian provenance, which were cultivated with care. The coffee underwent a unique double fermentation process, first in cherry for 72 hours, followed by an additional 96 hours after pulping.

After washing, the beans were slowly dried for 22-25 days, resulting in a cup that showcases vibrant flavors of peach and grapefruit, complemented by delicate jasmine aromas. The roaster describes the taste as reminiscent of fruit leather, mandarin orange, and raspberry, creating a delightful balance of sweetness and acidity.

This coffee is perfect for those who appreciate the nuances of high-quality, award-winning coffees.
