Black & White Coffee Roasters presents the Hambela Natural EA Decaf, a coffee that embarks on a two-stage journey. Initially, the cherries are handpicked in the renowned Guji region of Ethiopia, where they undergo traditional natural processing, a method that enhances the coffee's inherent fruitiness. Following this, the beans are transported to Bremen, Germany, where they undergo Ethyl Acetate Decaffeination. This process effectively removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's vibrant fruit character.

In the cup, the roaster describes the taste as featuring bright acidity, with notes of red stone fruit and peach, complemented by molasses sweetness and a smooth milk chocolate texture. This decaf offers a unique experience, maintaining the lively flavors typically associated with caffeinated coffees.
