We are beyond excited to welcome back a new project and coffee from our dear friends at La Palma y El Tucan. Located in the Cundinamarca region of Colombia, this trailblazing farm is known for its meticulous and innovative processing. This Lactic Washed Sidra is a testament to their craft. Grown at an elevation of 1750 meters, this coffee was harvested in late 2023. It boasts a beautifully complex cup profile with notes of spiced pear, grilled peach, a funky tepache-like quality, and a sweet dark honey finish.
