Artist Reserve Mexico Oaxaca Loxicha is Color Roasters paying homage to the smallholders in Loxicha. Hailing from the Sierra Sur region of Oaxaca within the district of Pochutla, this washed Pluma coffee is roasted light to preserve clarity and nuanced sweetness. In the cup it offers brown sugar, apricot, dark chocolate and pecan with a clean, balanced finish. The roaster collaborated with artist Bill Quinn to craft the label and notes that this lot is a presale with the first roast dated 5/11.
