This coffee originates from Finca El Jardín in Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, specifically a type of Pink Bourbon. The Coffee processing method used is a technique pioneered by producer Jorge Elías Rojas, known as Low Oxygen Washed processing. This special technique aids in emphasizing the inherent flavors of the coffee while maintaining its uniqueness and genuineness.

We keep our roasting level comparatively light as it brings out the clarity and depth of the fruity flavor. Tastes reminiscent of pink starburst, pink apple, heirloom watermelon, pineberry, passionfruit, and raspberry can be detected from this coffee.
