Flow Coffee Roasters partnered with Edinson Argote of Quebraditas Farm to bring Gesha Advanced Natural Process to Flow's lineup. This coffee comes from Oporapa, Huila, Colombia, grown at about 1800 meters above sea level and presented as 250 grams of whole bean coffee. The Geisha varietal is paired with a Natural Process, a method that concentrates sweetness and lifts fruit character in the cup. In this high altitude region, drying cherries on patios helps develop a nuanced, balanced profile with bright acidity and a clean finish. The roaster collaborated closely with the farm to highlight these origin nuances from bean to cup. It tastes like bright citrus and delicate floral notes with a gentle sweetness and a clean, lingering finish. The cup invites exploration of grind size and brew technique to bring out its nuanced balance.
