Flow Coffee Roasters partnered with Rio Negro farm in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia to bring Tabi Strawberry Co-ferment to life. Grown at 1600 to 1750 masl, this lot benefits from high altitude and the farm's terroir. The co fermentation at the heart of this lot shapes the cup, weaving fruit-forward sweetness with the clarity that comes from careful processing. This coffee was crafted to reveal how altitude and a co fermentation interact to shape flavor. It tastes like strawberry and red fruit notes with a balanced sweetness and a bright, clean finish. It might remind you of ripe berries with a citrus hint, a reflection of the high altitude and the co-fermentation process. The producers, Jhon Rodriguez, and Rio Negro share in a story of stewardship and craft that Flow hopes home brewers will appreciate across a variety of brew methods.
