100% Pink Bourbon grown on Finca El Chaferote in San Agustín, Huila, Colombia. Elevation: 1600 meters. Process: Washed. Harvest: August 2025. Notes: Kiwi, full bodied & lychee sweet. Fermented 48 hours in cherry, then a 36-hour dry-ferment after de-pulping. After washing, dried in a greenhouse for 15-20 days. This lot features Erick Bravo's Pink Bourbon with a big body and balanced acidity, suitable for all brewing types.
