The Guadalupe Miramar lot is produced by a loose association of 15 to 20 small farm neighbors in the town of Guadalupe Miramar. The roaster partnered with these farmers to rise above subsistence by cultivating high quality traditional varietals from Oaxaca, a region known for its refined cup profiles. The coffee is washed and grown at elevations around 1450 to 1850 meters, which helps contribute clarity in the cup. In the cup, you can expect notes of milk chocolate with bright hints of tangerine and lime. The light roast preserves sweetness and clarity, letting the fruit and chocolate tones shine without overpowering the delicate acidity.
