The well-known artisan George Howell Coffee introduces us to a unique coffee gem all the way from the heartland of Central America, more precisely from Yulnimox, Guatemala. The Yulnimox coffee is cultivated resourcefully by Dominga Perez Juan, who since 1998 has transformed her territory into a fruitful coffee farm. Her diligent work doesn't stop at growing coffee; Dominga is also a founding member of Jovemcafe, a project that significantly bolsters her income through egg sales and a tree nursery. One thing that truly sets this coffee apart is that Dominga takes the usual washed processing method into her own hands by depulping the coffee beans herself.

The roaster describes the taste of this delicately nurtured coffee as teeming with notes of rose, peach, and subtle hints of plum. If you were to retranslate these complex notes, your palette could perceive the coffee as having a sweet, slightly floral character with a fruity finish. This Guatemala Yulnimox brew might remind you of a crisp spring garden just coming into bloom. Whether indulged via drip method or pour over, this coffee's unique charm shines through, delivering a captivating journey from bean to cup.
