Hydrangea Coffee Roasters partnered with the Hartmann Family to bring Gesha from Finca Mi Finquita, Los Pozos Arriba in Panama. Geisha from the Hartmann farm is world-renowned, and this lot follows that legacy, grown high on Tierras Altas with rainforest shade and Bird Friendly certification. This coffee was processed using the Washed method, a choice that helps highlight clarity and balance. Grown at 1,650 to 2,000 meters above sea level in Tierras Altas, Chiriqui, Panama, the Hartmann Geisha benefits from elevation and careful stewardship. The roaster describes the taste as violet, mango, and yellow peach; it might remind you of a bright fruit basket, with sweetness and a lively yet balanced acidity that reflects Panama's mountain terroir.
