We're excited to feature a coffee from Hacienda La Florida, a farm nestled in the Pichincha region of Ecuador and produced by the esteemed fourth-generation coffee farmer, Pepe Jijón. This particular lot is a Typica Mejorado that has undergone a white honey process. The result is a cup that is both complex and approachable, with a vibrant acidity and a lingering sweetness.
