Dinkinesh: Duromina

From Little Waves Coffee Roasters comes Dinkinesh: Duromina. Sourced from the Kata Muduga Cooperative in the Agaro Gera region of Jimma, Ethiopia, this washed coffee grows at 1,900 to 2,100 MASL and arrives at a light to medium roast. Expect a balanced brightness with vibrant fruit notes of guava, nectarine and starfruit, complemented by delicate jasmine aromatics. Duromina is a prized Ethiopian variety, and Kata Muduga’s investment in the co-ops in the region helps enable high-quality processing.
