Little Waves Coffee Roasters partnered with the Nano Challa Cooperative to share Dinkinesh: Genji Challa, a washed lot that puts the Gera, Jimma terroir front and center. Processed at the Genji Challa washing station, active since the 2018–19 harvest, this coffee comes from higher-elevation farms where cooler nights slow cherry maturation. That pace concentrates sugars and often yields a clearer, sweeter cup. Washed processing here rinses away fruit before drying, so origin and variety step forward with precision rather than heavy fruit influence.

The Little waves describes the taste as calm and confident. In the cup, it might remind you of bright citrus and stone fruit with soft florals and a honeyed sweetness. Expect a clean profile that balances gentle acidity with rounded sweetness.
