The roaster partnered with the Kuta Wet Mill in the Wagi Valley of the Western Highlands to bring Papua New Guinea Kuta to life. This limited release describes a peaberry that is sweet, indulgent, and complex. The lot comes from a dedicated group of smallholder farmers, grown under shade and within designated conservation areas, reflecting strong community and environmental stewardship. Cherries are fully washed at the Kuta Wet Mill using a meticulous three stage washing process, then sun-dried and conditioned at the Kuta Dry Mill. Final processing includes density sorting, size grading, color sorting, and hand selection to ensure consistent quality. Harvest runs from March through September, with a smaller fly crop in December or January. The roaster notes that this coffee is produced by Kuta Wet Mill and reflects the care and precision of its producers. This lot features Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catimor, and Arusha varieties; it sits at about 1600 masl in the Western Highlands.
