This is the kind of coffee we wait all year for. Grown in the cool, misty hills of El Cedral, El Brujo returns for its eighth season—full of precision, patience, and just a little bit of magic. It’s a washed Parainema, cultivated by Benjamin Paz and his longtime farm manager, Elias Menza, and it tastes like raspberry, black currant, and rosehip—bright, bold, and quietly spellbinding.

The name El Brujo means “the wizard,” a nod to Honduran folklore about a legendary tree with strange, mystical energy. You don’t need to believe in legends to feel that something special’s going on here. The climate slows ripening, sugar builds, and clarity deepens… and somehow, every year, Benjamin and Elias pull off something that feels otherworldly.

This release isn’t just about great coffee. It’s about what happens when trust, care, and craft build over time. El Brujo is a story written slowly, across seasons—and you can taste every chapter.
