The roaster Mirra Coffee presents Colombia La Muralla, the latest iteration in their line of white coffees. Sourced from the La Muralla community in the San Augustin department of Huila, Colombia, this sweet and round lot embodies the promise of a new generation of Colombian producers. All coffee is sold whole bean to reduce oxidation and preserve freshness.

The roaster describes the cup as pleasant mild red fruits reminiscent of dried cranberry, complemented by a note of sweet black liquorice and a thick, robust dark caramel finish that lingers on the palate. The lot is a hyper local blend of cherries picked by producers from the La Muralla community and features varieties including Castillo and Caturra—plants developed for higher density and resilience at altitude—yielding a balanced cup with clear regional character.
