From Nestor Lasso and his brother Adrian at El Diviso in Bruselas the Ombligon decaf comes from a high altitude of 1850 masl. The roaster describes a multi stage oxidation and anaerobic fermentation followed by EA Sugarcane decaffeination that yields a fruity sweet cup with notes of pineapple creme brulee and raisinette.
