Edwin Noreña is a master of fermentation and we're so excited to be featuring his coffees for the first time. This Pink Bourbon lot undergoes an anaerobic co-fermentation with Cascade Hops, creating a truly unique and delicious flavor profile. This coffee is incredibly complex and juicy with notes of blood orange, passionfruit, stone fruit, honeycomb, and a subtle hint of hazy IPA.
