This is La Rinconada, the 2025 Cup of Excellence Peru #20 winner. COE coffees are special, and this is the final offering of the 2025 competition season. Prodigal partnered with farmer Roberto Carlos Palomino Flores, who began growing coffee in 2018, inspired by his parents.

This coffee features tasting notes of apricot, orange, and vanilla florals, reminiscent of earl grey, with a round creaminess and ripe mango. The cherries are meticulously processed using anaerobic fermentation, which enhances the coffee's unique flavor profile. Enjoy this exquisite coffee with light breakfast pastries or on its own to appreciate its complexity.
