Prodigal partnered with Peruvian producer Javier Salas to craft El Renacer Gesha Espresso from the Cusco region. This Gesha was carefully processed with an anaerobic washed method to capture its fruit forward character. The roast was dialed in to an espresso profile that’s darker than our filter offerings, designed for clean shots and bold Americanos. The result is a coffee that speaks to both precision and patient craft, backed by a grower who demonstrates high quality standards and attentive farm management.
