Patiently nurtured by Sebastian Ramirez at Finca El Placer in the Quindío region, the Pink Bourbon coffee beans that make up Radio Roasters' remarkable Colombia Full Spectrum are both a testament to meticulous cultivation and a peek into Colombian coffee intrigue. The beans are handpicked at the apex of ripeness, promptly depulped and fermented for an extraordinary 24 to 36 hours. Post this measured fermentation, they undergo a careful washing and precise drying for an optimally balanced finish. What we get is a remarkably clean and notably expressive brew.
The roaster describes the taste as bearing the delicate scent of Jasmine with undertones of lemon and honeydew that might remind you of a balmy summer garden party. Further flavor notes reveal a refreshing assembly of caramel sweetness and spirited citrus, held together by a silky texture and a refined acidity that will surely spark your palate's curiosity.
