This is another gem from our friends at Gold Mountain Coffee Growers—grown with care by Sabino and Maria Jesus in the highlands of Jinotega. Their micro-lot, a mix of Catuai and Caturra, was grown at 1,400 meters and washed after a slow, 16-hour fermentation.
The result is a clean, balanced cup that reflects both the altitude and the attention. Expect sweetness, structure, and a gentle acidity that makes this coffee easy to love but hard to forget.
It’s proof—once again—that small producers and close relationships make all the difference.
