The roaster partnered with Alberto Jumbo to bring Ecuador Las Afiladeras to life. This Washed lot from the Las Afiladeras farm is grown in Cariamanga, Loja, Ecuador at 1700-1900 MASL and includes Typica, Caturra and Bourbon varieties.
In the cup it tastes like pomegranate juice and pink flowers, with the sensory notes described as pomegranate molasses, fluffy meringue, standing ovation, cardinal landing in the dogwood, and a sense of the mystical.
