Another from our friends at Wimp. This is a special decaf blend from Mexican farms at elevations between 1100 and 1400 meters, where the terroir lends a gentle sweetness and depth that support the spice and chocolate notes. The Group of smallholders cultivates Typica, Caturra, Marsellesa, and Costa Rica varietals, and after harvest the fruit is processed with a traditional washed method and sun-dried on patios. The Mountain Water decaffeination process removes caffeine while preserving the bean's character, allowing this decaf to drink with the clarity of a well-made coffee.
