Our Specialty Coffee Brewing Water is specifically designed for light roast coffees. It extracts nuanced flavors, vibrant acidity, and delicate tasting notes of specialty-grade light roast coffee. It's compatible with all coffee brewers like Keurig, Mr.Coffee, Breville and manual brewing methods such as AeroPress, Chemex, V60, Hario, Kalita Wave.

This water meets the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) water standards, ensuring optimum coffee flavor extraction. It also improves coffee extraction thanks to its ideal mineral balance, resulting in a smoother, cleaner cup.

Ingredients in our water include Magnesium Sulfate, Calcium Citrate, and Sodium Chloride. To use, simply add one stick to one gallon of distilled or Reverse Osmosis (RO) water, shake, and proceed to brew your coffee.
