Frequent Coffee partnered with El Diviso farm and producer Nestor Lasso to present Ombligon in a Sugarcane EA decaf. Through double anaerobic fermentation and Sugarcane EA decaffeination, the cup remains expressive while caffeine is removed, yielding a complex aromatic profile with clarity and balance.
In the cup it tastes like dark cherry, red wine, and dark chocolate, with a silky mouthfeel and a clean finish. This Ombligon example grows at 1850 meters in Huila, Colombia, and the roast level is kept light to highlight brightness and nuance from the terroir.
